Today was my first visit but it definitely won’t be the last!!!
Richie did my nails and they are fire!
Rosie did my pedicure and brow wax. She was awesome.
I’m thrilled with all my results and most definitely will recommend Zen nail to others.

The leg massage was painful, I had to ask her to ease up. When the service was completed I realized my toe nails were crooked. No way to fix this. I just have to let it grow out.

The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the nail technicians were kind and do an amazing job! Highly recommend! Just cause I’m a dude doesn’t mean I can’t get a Pedicure 😂

Rushed Service and Lack of Customer Care
I went in to receive a pedicure. I hadn’t had one in about a year and a half, but I wanted to have a self-care day because of everything I’ve been going through lately. I decided to treat myself, which I don’t get to do often.
I arrived at 12:00 noon, and they called me back for service around 12:25. By 12:55, the nail tech was already painting my nails. The service felt very rushed. I paid for the Premium Deluxe Pedicure, which cost $58, but the pedicure did not feel like a premium service.
The tech kept looking around and watching the other techs as if she was trying to be in a race competition with them and be the first one finished. Although several people had been sitting in the chairs before me, my pedicure was the one that felt rushed. I believe the tech was ready for lunch because she told one of her co-workers that she was hungry. I felt like she wasn’t really focusing on me, but instead just going through the steps to say she completed the service and get me out of the chair so she could go eat lunch with her co-workers.
When she used the callus remover to scrape the bottom of my feet, she was moving so fast that she scraped the skin on my toes. When I put my feet back into the water, I could feel my skin burning from the small cuts.
When I went to the front desk to pay for my service, I explained my experience to the men standing at the front desk. The only reply I received was, “Thank you for coming in.” This was not my first time visiting this place. I used to really like it and have referred others there, but after yesterday’s experience, I will not be returning or recommending this business to anyone else.

I hate doing this because I really liked this place. It's large, has great pedi chairs, and walk ins are always welcome. The last 2 times I've been there however, have been very unpleasant experiences. I shrugged off the first time, thinking it was just a bad day. This time was enough to not return again in the future. $200 for my 9 year daughter and I to get basic pedis & gel manicures. We were both cut in several places (my pictures included), did not receive the typical experience (I.e hand and leg massage, etc) and my daughters didn't cure long enough and have completely fallen off on day #2. The gel is uneven, bumpy, and sloppily applied. My nails were trimmed way too short and did I mention she took several chunks of skin off my finger? My daughter too. All of my fingertips are sore and swollen. My kid left crying. This was her first experience and it was really disappointing.
