Within the last year there has been a dramatic shift in the quality of service. My partner has been coming here for years, and myself for two. Suddenly they’ve been pushing Invisalign at any chance. My partner went in for a cracked tooth and a fix wasn’t offered unless they considered Invisalign. A dentist should know *at minimum* that Invisalign should not be used with people who have complex orthodontic conditions such as undescended teeth. On my last visit the newer female dentist (who took over for another dentist that left-without any communication to established patients) insisted on filling several “cavities” which were previously determined to be depressions that should be monitored. The resulting appointment took THREE AND A HALF HOURS for fillings as the dentist kept leaving mid-appointment to work on several other patients at the same time. To which, she forgot to shave down one of the fillings causing me to come in two more times for adjustments. When I came back for the initial adjustment I was told “I see no problem” even after explaining that floss shreds between two teeth because the filling was still so sharp. To this day, months later, I still cannot fully bite down on one side of my mouth as the fillings cause a jolt when pressure is applied. The unwavering mystery of new balances has never been fully explained either. Every time I leave that office I make sure my outstanding balance is zeroed, only to be notified within weeks of another mysterious unpaid bill. With as awful as the dentists have suddenly become the hygienists are still remarkable and it’s the only reason that y’all get two stars.

I cannot recommend Dr. Lexi enough! Taking a child to the dentist can be a stressful experience, but she was absolutely wonderful with my daughter. She was patient, kind, and explained every step of the cleaning process in a way that made my little one feel totally comfortable and safe. The office is incredibly welcoming to kids, and knowing we have a dentist so close to home who truly knows how to work with children is such a relief. Thank you, Dr. Lexi, for making our visit a breeze!

The receptionist’s were wonderful, very pleasant. They took the time to make sure all the paperwork was correct. The Denist was nice & made me feel comfortable, her assistant takes me through everything she was doing.

I was in yesterday. Had a treatment plan that I signed off on before the procedure. While injecting me with local anesthesia, the dentist changed my treatment plan with the hygienist. I had to ask what was going on, after my injection. The dentist wanted to change my plan to one that was substantially more money out of pocket. The dentist stated that the plan I signed this morning wasn't her treatment plan, but I saw this same dentist in March and she agreed to the treatment plan that was scheduled for yesterday. There is a form on record with my signature from 3/11/26, when I saw the same doctor as yesterday. I left the office very upset, numb, and without any treatment.

I have been a patient here for years. Today the Manager was very rude and nasty. I had an appointment yesterday they didn’t find it in their system so they asked if I could come back the next day at 1030. I agreed. I got to my appointment they changed it to 1020 without my knowledge. I get there at 1030. They tell me I was late and don’t have time to see me. I spoke with the manager she was very rude. I will be finding another dentist. Every time you come here they say you need thousands of dollars worth of dental work done. I wish I could give them 0 stars 😡
