I had another fruit-licious pie from The Confectionery today. This time I opted for a mini cherry pie. I'm not sure why...strictly speaking, I'm an apple or pumpkin pie girl. The cherry pie was staring at me, in the display case, saying bite me. So I did and I'm not mad about it. In fact, I was quite delighted with this delicious, slightly tart piece of heaven. And the crust....I love a good pie crust and this crust was perfectly flaky, light. My husband opted for some pecan oatmeal chocolate chip cookies for this dessert choice. He shared one with me and it was tasty...the pie though...amazing.

Amazing atmosphere and the people are super chill and nice. And the pumpkin chocolate chip cookies are amazing cannot recommend them enough!

“The Confectionery” in Morton IL was an extremely great experience, wonderful people running the store, great options for treats! The chocolate chip cookies were to die for, and the Pastries were extremely well done! New favorite stop when in Morton!

Went in and got 3 yummy packages of cookies. The checker had a sweet smile and a very pleasant and kind personality! There are many stores that could learn customer service skills from this young lady! Thank you for providing super baked goods AND super customer service!
