We stayed at the concord place for 3 months and enjoyed our time there. The atmosphere was peaceful in the building, all of the neighbors we met were friendly, and the building was clean. Management was wonderful and answered any questions we had very quickly. The decor inside the apartment was cute and the place came with all of the starter utensils, pots, pans, towels, blankets, etc. Overall a great experience.

This place is nearly perfect. The lobby is clean and inviting and the rooms are likewise clean and well appointed. Very roomy and pleasant, full kitchen and bath. The property manager Brandon is easy to reach and willing to help. The only setback is for me personally being close to sixty is that there is no elevator which makes carrying heavy bags up stairs a bit difficult. Other than that I’m very impressed.

I stayed at the Concord for 3 months while working in the area. Mathew, my host, was great. He was very nice and accommodating. The concord is a quiet, secure building. There's a keypad to get into the building and also a keybad to get into your unit. During my time there, I didn't see any body loitering around or anything weird in the parking lot, which very well lit at night and the lot was also plowed fairly quickly after each snow. You take your own trash out to a dumpster that's right outside the back door of the building. The units looks exactly like the previous pictures from other reviews. Even down to the decor and colors. It was fairly quiet there, However you may hear housekeeping from time to time in other units or washing in the laundry. The laundry looks exactly like the previous pictures. I never had any issue washing two loads, at any point in time. I did give housekeeping a chance to do what they needed to do, so I tried not to wash between the hours of 10 AM in 1P.M. on my on accord, out of courtesy. The walls of the unit are little paper thin at times. You may be able to hear a conversation in the hallway if you're standing in the kitchen. But nothing that should be a real disturbance usually. My deposit was sent back within a week. Minus my cleaning fees. If I'm ever back in the area I'd definitely rebook and stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The place was clean, modern, and exactly as described, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was spacious, the bed was super comfortable, and the apartment felt very safe and welcoming.

I had a fantastic stay at the Concord place! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable long & short term stay. I have stayed here multiple times so to work in Peoria. The location was perfect, just a short drive to the mall and local restaurants. Matt was incredibly welcoming & responsive. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great experience.
