Man I can't say enough good things about this company, their work, and the people there.
We had 3 bathrooms done and also they installed a ceiling fan for us.
3 bathrooms can be a bit daunting, but Niki in the showroom was fantastic. She spent so much time helping us pick out options, looking for alternatives and talking through how the combinations would look.
Alec and Kendon did great work with a lot of attention to detail. They completely redid 3 bathrooms and we were very impressed with the professionalism and cleanliness they would leave the sites each night. Also super polite amd friendly.
We had a few things that came up, specifically one of the shower drains proved faulty (the stopper wouldnt stay up during showers) and we got some cracking on the caulk of our downstairs sink along an outdoor wall. They took my calls and got the issues resolved very quickly. How a company reacts when things don't go perfectly is a sign of character and this group has it.
Would absolutely get any future remodeling done through them. (And I did with a ceiling fan install job after the bathrooms)

The Bath Connection Team did an excellent job on our bathroom remodel. Nikki showed us what options were available. Alec and Kendon worked as a team to complete the bathroom update we were looking for. We were so pleased with the quality of work and finished look, we have requested a second bathroom upgrade.

Our new walk in shower was completed today! We are sooo happy that we went with The Bath Connection. The workmanship is impeccable, they used quality materials, and were so polite and professional throughout the process. I had three estimates for my bathroom. Their estimate was by far the best priced. Alec and Kendron showed up on time and cleaned up everyday. It was so easy to go into the shop and get ideas for bathroom. It looks wonderful. I could not be happier. Do not look anywhere else!
