System lags coincidentally, alarms get triggered, phone calls at 2 am to confirm issues that aren't there. At the company's systems fault. Security is the last thing they care about with your business and family. Money over all . . .

We're on a qtrly schedule . . . With the error being on your side of why the payment wasn't posted or initiated. . . The system didn't call at 2 am bc there was a safety concern. It was due to system lag / brand new equipment not even a year old causing the issues. So happens to be just after the first time the payment issue has happened right?
Notice how you didn't respond on the terrible customer service or the attitude that was given by your reps right?
Notice how you only tried correcting what you thought was false. . No accountability either. Go figure.

Edit on top of the edit: you sent a technician out charged over 100$ for less than 10 mins worth of work / and gas for being less than 15 mins away from our location, and the technician didn't even know what he was doing. I had to show him how to do his job.
Therefore you should probably refund that money since you clearly send unqualified candidates to take care off issues you guys cause.

I ordered these cameras almost a couple years ago for my shop with a maintenance contract.
I payed what I’ve been told to pay for the cameras and signed the contract.
They tikd to pay an amount of $88 every month for the maintenance.
Today, I was shocked when, after all this time I’ve been paying monthly the bill, someone from their office told me: ah, no, that’s not only for the maintenance, you are leasing the cameras.
Knowing the 12 cameras are very old fashion and they absolutely don’t worth that amount .
I’ve been scammed, it’s my fault, I trusted them.
