Omg the oyster appetizers were amazing! Such a nice surprise for a landlocked seafood restaurant. All the food was amazing. There is a reason they have been around 50 years. Jasmine our waitress was very attentive definitely a repeat stop on our way to family in Indianapolis.

Was staying in the Peoria area this week and wanted to enjoy some good seafood. Chose Fish House because of its rating / reviews and by what was on the menu. I arrived tonight not long after they opened at 16:00. A few other customers were already seated. I sat in the bar area at a table. I was greeted by Paul the bartender. I ordered the Crab Turnovers as my appetizer and grilled Chilean Sea Bass with Au gratin potatoes. I highly recommend everything I ordered. The food was great and the service was top notch. By the time I left it was pretty busy for a Thursday night. Definitely worth the 20 min drive from my hotel. I will be head back to Fish House the next time I am in the area.

The Fish House has been our favorite local restaurant for over 30 years. Our favorites are the Tasmanian Salmon, Sea Bass, Prawns, and the broiled platter. Their salads are outstanding as well. You can't go wrong with the stuffed mushrooms or the crab turnovers ss an appetizer. Service is always excellent too.

This was the perfect place for a birthday dinner with my husband. Shallon was amazing and brought me dessert with a candle to celebrate. The place is beautiful and classy and the food was amazing. We will be back.

I stopped by Fish House for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by both the quality of the food and the friendly service. The seafood tasted fresh, and everything was prepared well without feeling overly heavy or greasy. The staff were welcoming and took the time to answer a few questions about the menu, which I appreciated. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable, making it easy to enjoy a relaxed meal. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely consider coming back the next time I’m craving seafood.
