I have been coming here for months now. I have only had one negative experience. Which really was not that concerning, considering this is a hard labor job, it can be understandable. I would highly recommend this car wash. My car does not get scratched up, which is a problem that I have continuously had with these places. The staff is always so nice, always smiling. I always make sure to leave a tip. Car comes out very clean. I also like the fact that they give you towels to use. The vacuums are amazing also. I’ve not found one yet that does not have great suction.

I was at the car wash Saturday and all the bugs weren’t off my truck. I came back today and Tristan was amazing. He apologized and provided me with a car wash upgrade for my troubles. He was professional and explained all the packages in detail. He even washed down my mats for me. That is what I call top tier service. I am going to sign up for the monthly package just because of Tristan and the amazing customer service he delivered.

I am overall very pleased with Club Car Wash and have been a member for a few years now. I love the convenience, the cleanliness, and the different locations available to be able to just swing through whenever it fits into my busy schedule. One thing I have been a little disappointed in is the lack of towels available when I go through and no longer having the spray bottles to use. I’m not sure if the policy or process has changed, but I like to keep the inside of my vehicle looking fresh and clean as well and am just finding that a bit more challenging.

I was here on grand opening day and was really impressed by the car wash service, Kate was very helpful when I pulled up to the window and gave me all kinds of information about the carwash, she even gave me a towel to wipe off my dash. The vacuums were also great but I did think the vacuum attachment was a little narrow but still had great suction! When I got home and got out of my car I was really surprised at how beautiful and clean my car was! It was so shiny and here it is 4 days later even after a heavy rain and my tires are still Shining! I will definitely be returning!
