Our technician was delayed by a problem at another visit. But she was well worth the wait. She was personable, knowledgeable and great with our pets. She told me everything she was doing as she did it. She interacted with our 14 year old Shepherd like he was an old friend. She did mind being supervised by a very curious cat. She found and issue and took care of it that day. I sent her home with peaches from our tree and Egyptian walking onions from our garden. Beth H. You made my day~ and our A/C is working beautifully ~ thank you~

Wow here is your reminder that your mini split unit really needs a cleaning! So impressed with the customer service in this company from every interaction. The owner called me before my tech came as I needed clarity on the cleaning. Beth was our tech and so sweet & helpful.

Transparent pricing and personable staff! Beth was our technician on site and she did a thorough job inspecting/addressing our AC concerns. She was super knowledgeable and easy to talk to (gave a heads up on arrival time AND placed a follow up call to give us info on an energy audit referral contact I had asked about). X1000% will use again in the future!

We had a great experience with AirAce Heating and Cooling! We needed their services several times and they were reliable, punctual, and efficient. We ultimately needed a new heating unit and they scheduled and completed everything in a very timely manner, and they made sure everything was done right.

They were quick and responsive on the phone, and got me scheduled for a service within a few days. Tech came out on time and was very respectful and knowledgeable. They had the issue figured out within the first hour and explained what it was and what it would cost to fix it, but they didn't have the parts on the truck and would have to come back at a later date. They were able to come back the same day and get everything fixed! I couldn't be happier!
