I’ve had a great experience at this office. The staff as well as the doctor are friendly, professional, and always welcoming. Dr Kelch is the best! The office is clean and scheduling is easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality chiropractic care.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Kelch since 2013, and I can honestly say he is amazing. He is more than fair with price for his services. He consistently goes above and beyond, truly caring about my well-being and always taking the time to listen rather than rushing through appointments. He offers a complete approach to wellness, providing everything from high-quality supplements to massage and physical therapy. He even fitted me for custom orthotics. Most importantly, he has significantly improved my sciatic nerve pain. Over the years, we’ve actually become friends, and I trust him so much that I’ve referred many of my own friends to his practice. If you want a provider who treats you like a person and not just a patient, this is the place to go!"

Doctor Kelch is the BEST chiropractor in Peoria! He’s so friendly and so knowledgeable about chronic pain, injuries, etc. I have fibromyalgia and I am able to function with minimal pain because of Doctor Kelch. He has an amazing and friendly staff, Jana and Trisha, that are the heart and soul of the practice. They are a family atmosphere that always greet you with a smile! Hands down, best in town!! I would highly recommend.

As a travel nurse I have visited many different chiropractors but absolutely wellness has been the most helpful, informative and friendliest place I’ve been too. Scheduling appointments is so easy and accommodating!!! I love the text reminders they send. I feel so much better after my adjustments that I’ve been able to do so much more.

Unprofessional! A greeting is necessary but they fell well short! Speaking with the receptionist proved training is needed at the front desk! I failed to finish my statements due to her over-talking me. I was given a few sheets of intake forms to fill out, and one of them included a space for my signature which would indicate they provided me with a copy of the HIPPA privacy notice, and they explained what my rights were regarding HIPPA. Having already signed, I asked for the copies of the HIPPA notice, and I explained to the receptionist I would like to obtain a copy since I signed agreeing that they had provided it. She became bothered by my request, and and stated everyone signs the form as part of of filling out all the paperwork, and said if I wanted a copy, she'd provide me a copy when I finished seeing the doctor. As the doctor entered the room, I expected a "Hi, my name is Doctor (blank), I want to first thank you for your service!" accompanied with a generous handshake. Unfortunately, I did get either, although he stated his name. I can tell by the way he spoke that the receptionist shared my concerns with him regarding the HIPPA notice, and I proactively mentioned my concerns about signing for what was not provided to me. It seemed like he didn't have 100% interest in me, and was super quick to get me out to the massage therapist. The massage therapist was super professional, and engaged me with conversation throughout my session. The next week, I received a reminder csll for my second session, and reminded the receptionist my visit last week was a reschedule to replace the current week. Her response was in a manner that made me feel like I just didn't want to attend my session, and she said "...if you don't want to come, I can cancel your appointment!" I explained to her that it's totally not that, but she called me the previous week, and asked if I could show up (today) instead of (next week) January 20th. Of course, she denied telling me this, Subsequently, befire terminating the call, I told her I would accept the cancelation, and call the VA to file a complaint regarding how I was treated. Current the VA has landed me with a better provider, and I'm anticipating the moment to share my experience with the VA's patient advocate. Absolute Wellness should consider all Black people are not the same as such what the stereotypes suggest! My Airforce service and my disability status should have been recognized and honored when the first phone conversation took place, all the way through to when I walked in and out the door, and during the last call I received. They never even once thanked me for my service. I'm hoping the Veteran's Commission can assist with adding this company to the list of providers and businesses our veterans should avoid. My experience was certainly absolutely not well!
